Income = Size of your list

A few days ago, I submitted a month-end sales & digital marketing performance report to one of my clients…

Usually, in my reports, I only put the usual digital marketing and sales data that matter for decision making that is:

1.ย ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ต
2.ย ๐—–๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐˜€
3.ย ๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐˜€
4.ย ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€
5.ย ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜‚๐—ฒ

However, this time for some reason, I decided to add a new report called ‘Total Audience/List Size’ as of the month-end…

This data specifically contained details about how many total people knew us and are subscribed to us across all channels:

1.ย ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฎ ๐—™๐—ผ๐—น๐—น๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€
2.ย ๐—˜๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—น ๐—Ÿ๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜
3.ย ๐—˜๐˜…๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—–๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€
4.ย ๐—ฃ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€

When I summed all the numbers up, I was shocked to see that the total revenue of the company was directly proportional to or equal to the size of our total existing audience…

E.g. If our Total Audience across is 10,000, our revenue for that month was also around $10,000ย 

i.e.ย ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ($๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ,๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ) = ๐—Ÿ๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ฒ(๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ,๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ)ย 

I recollected minutes later that it was the same concept I learned in ‘๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜€’ book by Russell Brunson where he teaches how each new person who signs up with you is worth at least $1 to you.ย 

And that your income will grow directly in proportional to the size of your list or how many people you bring into your world.ย 

Now obviously, different industries have different numbers but this data is generic in terms of calculating how many leads you need to generate in order to hit your revenue targets.ย 

So now for that client, I added more strategies to help them grow their list so that in turn they can grow their business.
